Chongqing Cummins is the Cummins starting point of the localization of production in China, also the China’s largest heavy duty and high horsepower engine manufacturing plants. In 1981, Cummins and the former SinoTruck officially signed a license agreement, began producing the large horsepower Cummins engine in Chongqing. After years of development, cooperation between the two sides continue to deepen, Chongqing Cummins has been an important driving force for the rapid growth of Cummins’s business in China market.
